Needs to get the kinks out

This will likely be a nice hotel when they get the kinks out. The hottub doesn't work at all. The pool is dirty. The TV didn't work. Breakfast was a bust because the breakers blew and the toaster, coffee maker, microwave, etc. didn't work. The elevator broke and we had to walk up 3 floors with luggage. The billing was completely incorrect - we booked through Expedia and after paying on the Expeida website, we were presented with a bill for ~$100 on the morning of our departure. The staff were lovely, but their good will, attitude and help did not make up for the myriad of mistakes, broken equipment, etc. I'm sure this hotel will improve - it will have to or it will be out of business. Our morning coffee was spent listening to other guests complaining about their own experiences.
