I booked a room over the phone for my family to attend a funeral. I was quoted a price of $108 for a two queen "suite". The worker, Laticia, could not adjust the original room price of $138, but would look into it and call me in 30 minutes. I had to call her back, to find out she still couldn't change it but would call me in 30 minutes. No call back. I show up, they charge me $138 for a pitiful little room with two queen beds and a joke of a fold out love seat that is called the "extended suite". When my wife went to ask if we could change to a standard 2 queen room with couch, not only did they tell her there was nothing else but "Be happy you received a $20 discount. Usually you have to be "on orders" to receive the government price." Also, the room is very dirty and the hallways and stairwells smell like cigarettes. I can't believe they can get away with charging this much for a dirty place. I called and booked a room for the next night at Country Inn! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS HOLE!!!
