This is a very nice motel we stayed the year prior too. A quiet and clean motel and the staff was helpfull and friendly. A great breakfast as well. I recomened this motel to anyone planning a trip to the area or just passing through.

It was a expensive disaster!!!!!!!!

We had planned a two day one night getaway for the whole family. We reserved two rooms (one a mini suite family room) We had copies of the internet advertisment showing 2 king beds, a fold out sofa, rollaways available, two chairs in room plus table. Also a double queen room. We got there -no fold out, no chairs, no table------no solutions, no help. They told us to sleep on the floor. When one of the kids got sick they refused to give us any cleaning supplies. (Incidently the pool was ice cold and the hot tub was filthy). When we talked to owner about the rooms and the service they called us liars and refused to adjust anything until we got Best Western Corporate involved. Beyond the shadow of a doubt this was probably the crummiest hotel I've stayed in for a long time.

How come, nobody talks about the trains that blow through every couple of hours, blowing their horns at 1, 3 and 4am. The tracks are on 3 side of this hotel. I would never stay at this "hotel" again

Can't Wait to Go Back

We stayed there on December 23, 2006. The service was excellent. It was clean. The ambiance was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. We've stayed in numerous motels and hotels in Auburn...this would be one of our top picks.

horrable experience

We thought the customer service was very poor all around. The people who worked there were very lazy and unpolite. The TV remote didn't work in our room, and they said they were unable to figure out the problem, which left us out. We needed the pull out couch to be made since there was no bedding and they wanted us to come down and get it at 9 pm. The bath rooms down stairs were dirty. We would never go back!!!
