Can't believe they would be so greedy

On October 14, I tried to make reservations online to this motel for October 23, 2010. Something happened. A mistake. Human error or internet error. I arrived on October 23 to be informed that I did not have reservations but had October 14 reservations. I went ahead and booked our 3 rooms and asked for help in relieving me of the earlier reservations as they were obviously a mistake. The clerk didn't seem to be sympathetic actually saying she never recommeds booking online and when I asked informed me that no, they were not full on October 14 so the mistake in booking could have been excused. After 3 months of creditcard dispute and no response personally from Americinn, I am being billed 305 dollars for 3 rooms never used. I feel so sad that this Americinn chose the "low road" in customer service and charged me 610 dollars for 3 rooms used on one night in October. We actually were also return visitorswho all together booked 5 rooms each visit. Not next year...
