This Best Western is one of the best I have ever stayed at. This facility has all of the services of a more expensive hotel, but at a very affordable price. I especially liked that they had a work out facility with a working treadmill. The popcorn at the front desk was a welcome site and there were tons of places to eat very close by. Also, if you have a rental car, you can fill up nearby with cheaper gas prices, at least the time I stayed there. While this place may seem out of the way, it is well worth the drive. BD

Excellent getaway spot!

I was a little hesitant to reserve a room at Best Western Prairie View Inn & Suites simply b/c no reviews had been left on the internet. When I got there, however, I discovered that the $47 I had paid (with a coupon) was WELL worth it! The rooms were spotless and large, and they each had a microwave, mini fridge, recliner, and nice furniture. Fresh-baked cookies were at the front desk, and the indoor whirlpool and regular pool were perfect temperatures (open until midnight!). The staff was friendly, too, making my overall stay a COMPLETE success. Though Best Western is a little farther North of the KCI Airport than some would choose to travel (approximately 4 miles), let me say that this hotel is WELL WORTH THE DRIVE. It's in a great area with lots of restaurants, and you don't have to worry about the quality of hotel you are about to receive...I was VERY pleased!!! Thank you, Best Western.
