Exellent Hotel
By Jonathon, 04/17/09
I am not a big fan of staying in hotels, I would rather be at home in my own bed. That said, I was surprised by how friendly everyone was at the Hilton Garden Hotel. You can just tell when a person truly likes what he or she does, and it was very evident by everyone I met here. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but they food was much better than your normal hotel breakfast. I don't know if it is something new or not, but my bed was adjustable which really helped my sore back.

Best Hotel In Green Bay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/14/09
I do not travel very often but decided to visit Green Bay over the holiday weekend. I was unfamiliar with the area and decided to book here because of the Hilton name. Best decision I ever made! Customer service was super friendly, providing suggestions for dining and shopping. Rooms were comfy and very clean. Loved the location, with close proximity to restaurants & entertainment but I would still go for a walk across the street in a park. I am not sure what hotel the other reviewer stayed at (who wrote comments over a year ago), but it was definitely not this hotel. BEST hotel, BEST location, BEST staff... I'll will be back and hopefully, we'll see you there!

The best hotel in Green Bay
By A Yahoo! User, 04/08/09
I travel to Green Bay frequently and usually stay closer to my company down town. Planning a trip last minute the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn is very helpful and friendly. They are with in walking distance of everything, the stadium, resch center, restaurants, and bars. I forgot my phone charger at home and the lady at the front desk went above and beyond and lent me hers to use during my stay. All the housekeepers are very friendly, along with the kitchen staff. I had the best breakfast ever while here, a waffle as big as my plate! They really are not lying when they say, Everything right where you need it. From now on when I travel to Green Bay I will be staying here!

Great Room, Excellent Service
By Ron, 10/23/08
I am not sure if the other reviews are by a past employee or what, but I have stayed at this location 3 or 4 nights a month for the past year and always find everything right were I need it! The breakfast is great, made to order, My room is always clean and comfortable. I usually request a king room with non smoking. They are within walking distance to a few restaurants and even have them deliver to your room if you like, I stayed at a local hotel when this location was sold out and was very disappointed. The desk staff is very wll trained, they appear to really be expecting to see and happy to service my requests. I would not even think of staying anywhere else in Green Bay.

this place is dirty!!!!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/14/08
I did not like anything what so ever in this hotel. The receptionists in the front desk were not helpful with anything. The room was a mess, there was crumbs all over the carpet, hair on the bathroom floor, the bathtub looked like somebody just finished taking a shower, the bed and bedding was also covered in hair, the managers ignored our complaints completely and didn't even acknowledge that anything was said to them or their staff. The only exception that I would say is that the housekeepers (although not very clean and apparently did not do their job well enough) are very friendly and showed more concern for our complaints then the managers did. Personally I would not recommend this hotel and I advize that the management get a better sense of understanding for their clients or if they keep going at this pace they will run out of business and I have no problem staying somewhere else. This place was to overpriced for the service and overall stay. Tidy up or lower your prices so that peopole don't have high expectations when they get there. So much for you friendly greeting and for a place that has "every thing right where you need it."

Do not stay here
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/01/08
Too overpriced for the level of service I got. The room was very dirty and looked like it had not been touched up in quite sometime. The General Manager did not seem to care about the problem when it was brought to her attention.

Never Again!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/25/08
The hotel lacks a serious parking problem. My group paid good money to come to the hotel and was left with no parking spots. When asked if I could speak with managment to remedy the situation, both managers ignored the situation and it was never addressed. The hotel was average clean for the price paid.

Do not stay here
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/24/07
Sheet don't fit the bed, bed and bedding dirty. Cobwebs in corners of room. Remains of someone elses food on the floor. No ventilation at all, can't open window. Bathroom sink will get you wet. Refigerator falls out of cabinet when opened. Many stains and crumbs on walls and floor. Got bit by something while sleeping. Complained about bedding and ventilation while checking in. Bedding was changed but the sheets still didn't fit so we woke up on a bare mattress. Lack of air in or out of room was like staying in a sealed jar. Room 402..checked out early and moved to another Hotel.
