Hampton Inn & Suites Miami-West At Doral Blvd., Miami

I stayed there 2 nights. The maid started knocking on the door at 10 a.m. and the hallway was noisy. Both days I told the maid I was still in the room and she stuck her head in the door anyways, the second day I was getting dressed and it was embarrasing.. I hope she enjoyed the view. I will never stay there again.

Attentive staff, nice service and close to plenty of food and shopping. I stayed there for a week and had nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend these folks.

first to this area IS GOOD located , where yourself can just walk from few restaurant on the same street & shops, good breakfast, good service while check in, and the shuttle bus drivers were nice when I have the opportunity to visit Miami again, for sure I'm will be staying in this hotel ...

It was located in the right area. It was near a lot of the stores that I wanted to visit. The room was exceptionally clean. I especially liked the breakfast. The service was very good.

As a frequent traveler to Miami I've had the opportunity to stay in over 15 differnt hotels in the area. By far this Hampton Inn and Suites must rank at the top for value and location. Immediate access to the FL Turnpike and easy access to MIA (15 minutes via 836 with no traffic). Restaurants are plentiful. Las Parillaros is a block away and has fine Argentinian Steaks/Seafood. If you like Golf well hey, it's Doral! Don't have those big bucks? Miami Springs Golf and CC is just 20 minutes away and only $30 off peak tee times. The hotel is newly renovated with new furniture and carpet throughout. The hotel staff is knowledgable and friendly. And last but not least, it is the only Hampton in the area with a tiki bar attached next to the pool. Frankie's offers your favorite beverage and simple finger snacks/burgers. However, come prepared to pay they are not affiliated with the hotel and can not charge your room. Call ahead this hotel is a busy one and not one you can just walk in off the street and get a room.

I liked that there were nice workers and they cooperated with us being there.I liked the beds and the breakfast. The service was really good. Can't wait to go back to that inn. Loved the beds

My sisters and I took my mother who is disabled to this Hotel for the weekend. The Hotel staff was excellent. We enjoyed shopping at Dolphin Mall and Miami International Mall. Good value for money. Best of all they provided a shuttle service from the airport and to nearby malls. I would recommend this place to stay. Happy Guest

I came to this hotel late one night and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone at the front desk. I called and called and the phone rang at the desk while I stood in the lobby for almost a half an hour. Finally a guy stumbled out-it seemed like he had been in the back sleeping, but was very accommodating once he started booking the room. The room itself was one of the best I've ever stayed in in the Miami area. The location is nice, peaceful, and quiet and is located really close to the Dolphin Mall, which is a great place with everything you need. It gets a little desolate at night, but for the most part, I never once had a problem, and even got a card in the mail soon after my stay thanking me for choosing their hotel, which I thought was a pretty nice gesture. The one major complaint I had was that I had tons of stuff to haul up to my room and have a handicap and cannot carry a lot at once, and they do not have people to help you carry your bags to your room. The pool is so/so-I figured it'd be a little nicer since the rooms were so exceptional, but it was just ok. Overall, I'd say this hotel was great, and I'm looking forward to staying there again.
