dislike that window drapes do not close, also some of management not friendly to black people.

Will never go back

When we got here we were early so we went and ate first. We brought our leftovers in to put in the fridge to find no fridge. It's been a long time since I stayed at a hotel without a fridge. I then proceeded to go to the bathroom to find someone else had beat me to it and it wasn't pee. At this point I came out and told my husband to grab our stuff because obviously this room wasn't cleaned properly. I told the mgr. and they checked us into another room and gave us 1/2 off. Big deal, it should have been free at that point and I don't feel they went out of there way for what I had to experience. If we could have stayed somewhere else we would have but everything was booked at that point. And the tv's are very old, I haven't seen those kind in a lonnnnnnnnnnnng time and it was very limited on the channels. Never again will I stay here.

Very Nice

Room was clean and comfortable. The pool was smaller than some hotels but was clean and we were able to swim laps as well as use the hot tub/pool without restriction (2 adults). The free breakfast was good. Just down the street were the main attractions/shops. We recommend.

Will never go back.. Poor Service

One of the worst marriott in terms of service. Caters primarily to families than business travellers. You cannot use the pool up until 10 pm if you are not with a family. A hotel that looks very appealing from the outside as it is newly renovated and at a great location, but their rooms are more like a 1 star hotel.. hardly any good tv channels, old tv sets etc. Staff and Manager Traci Loy were very rude, they are probably used only to a certain kind of people visiting. If you would like to stay at a marriott try the SpringHill suites just a block away.

The pool was great!!!

My husband and I stayed at the Fairfield Inn, for our anniversary, and had all the grandkids there to swim in the pool, and it was awesome...the pool was great the service was great...

Went this weekend

We were there this weekend - 7/20 - 7/22. Our room was clean and neat. The price was decent, however, in 15 minutes on the internet, the price went up $5 per night (not terrible, but surprising). Only problem we had was with the softball teams that were staying in the hotel. The staff at the hotel allowed them to swim clear up to 11:30 - (10 is the posted limit) - they they ran up and down halls and bounced on the beds till nearly 2:00 a.m. Hotel staff did respond when we called, but it continued late into the night. Hotel is in a great location, but hotel staff need to plan better for sports teams.

Wonderful experience!

Our room was very large, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable with a new matress and great linens. The free breakfast was wonderful which included, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cereals, etc. This hotel had a wonderful location!

Location is great!

My favorite place to spend the evening in Frankenmuth is the Brewery. Since this hotel is right across the street, it is in the perfect place. They also offer shuttles to the park for events held there like the beer fest. Clean, quiet and convenient.

Got more than we expected!

This was out first stay at the Fairfield Inn and we loved it! The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. They had a cozy fireplace in the lobby with free popcorn and cookies, and a nice pool and spa. The room was very large and the beds were comfortable. It is situated within walking distance of all the main street shops. They have a senior rate for those 62 and up and it is a fantastic value. We will definitely stay there again.

Overall, the hotel was fine and well situated downtown near a brewery/restaurant and coffee shop. Rooms were comfortable and service was fine.
