Suburban Extended Stay Hotel Orlando North, Casselberry

we booked two rooms and on one of the days we went out to the parks and came back my parents room door would not open, we notified the front desk which the lady tried to open with an special door key and told the on call manager that lives there he says oh well it does not work nothing we can do i would not pay for locksmith to come to open the room was extremely rude i end up calling the police then they accepted to call a local locksmith but no luck the entire time of this happening the manager didn't asked if it worked or not went back to his room didn't answer his cell the lady that was off that night and happened to be there at the time was the one that try her best to help us but nothing was done the police could not open the window becuase the manager didn't show up to authorize it so my parents were lock out for that night with no medication that they need it to take, no clothes, nothing but another empty room for then to spend the night, on the other hand my room has roaches coming out everywhere and had a horrible smell and the towel bar broke and ac was not working properly my mom was crying and noone really care for the customer yahoo reservation try to help but recommended to call police which we know how that end it. worst worst worst place to stay, stay away for this place

VERY GOOD HOTEL.UNPRETENTIOUS AND CLEAN.FRIENDLY STAFF. IT IS AS CLEAN AS YOU WANT IT TO BE. WE STAYED A MONTH AND DEFINETLY WOULD COME BACK.

I stayed there for 4 weeks. If you reserve a room online, the rate can be $35/day. The hotel was not so bad for this rate. Location of the hotel was great. Ladies at the reception were friendly. Problems were noisy neighbors, irregular housekeeping (my room was cleaned only twice in 4 wks) and hidden charge I did not know (long-distance phone service for $2/day which I never used).

Room was filthy, air condition did not work, and the staff was drinking having a party on the lawn. They refused to change our room, and did not repair the AC ..told us if we didn't like it leave. The night desk woman was rude and unreliable on her word.
