Comfort Inn Casa Grande, Casa Grande

The room was so dirty that I went out and bought cleaning supplies and re-did every surface before I felt good about staying there. Casa Grande was hosting some religious convention and this was the only room available in my price range. The pool deck was dirty, garbage on the patio, spilled beveraes obviously not cleaned up and the pool was very cloudy. I couldn't even imagine what was hidden in the "spa"! The sweet young thing at the desk had no idea how to get the cleaning staff back to clean my room, find me a clean towel for the pool or check chemical levels in the pool I did not swim. Last time they will ever see me again. Used to stay exclusively at Comfort/Quality Inns. No more!

Traveling from Florida to California. Easy exit off I-10. The greeting and service from the front desk and throughout the hotel was wonderful. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Secure location and peaceful sleep. Nice experience.
