BEST WESTERN Kenosha Inn, Broken Arrow

We visit Broken Arrow four or five times a year. We've stayed at the BA-BWK everytime since it opened. The owners are friendly, helpful, and of course, know us by now. We feel at home in a clean, quiet environment.

The staff was friendly and courteous, the room was clean and large. The room accommodations included a very nice wide screen TV, Microwave, Refrigerator, in room coffee maker, hair dryer and Iron with ironing board. Even though the hotel was situated next to a freeway, when you shut the door, it was complete silence! It was also located quite nicely behind a small shopping center where you could walk and browse the stores and shops. It was located near several great places to eat, like Chili's. they also have a computer in the lobby that you can access your email, flight information, etc. Also located in the lobby was a small sitting area with a large screen TV. We had our continental breakfast there and everything was just wonderful. It included waffles, bagels, pastries, milk, and juice. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We traveled from Lawton, Oklahoma for a football game in Coweta. Wow! Best Western was what we needed after 30 degrees of freezing at the game. Very comfortable and friendly staff. Helpful when you couldn't quite find the place. It sits back in behind a deli and bank. The area it is located in, is still developing with a new store front and the mall is just a few blocks away. Amble choice of restaurants and shopping. Clean rooms and healthy free breakfast. Yes, we will go again and highly recommend you trying it out. By the way Lawton's Mac won. Coweta played an awesome game.

I will never stay or recommend this Motel again. I got 3 rooms on June 6, 2008 for Family that was in town for a wedding. The complimentary continental breakfast was pull at 8 am. My niece arrived at 8am and was told they were too late, so they had to go and purchase Breakfast. On a separate billing, I was charged $10.00. When I called and inquired about the charge I was told it was for a Coke or Coffee stain on a towel. I have never been charge for a cheap Motel towel before.
