Crystal Crown, Petaling Jaya

Crystal Crown is no where near 4 star Accommodation. So many things to say that are negative. The hotel does not at all serve the customer. Firstly, 50% staff are extremely un-friendly, especially anyone that works at the door, concierge. Taxi's can not be called for people staying at the hotel, we were told to ring one ourselves. You can have no more than 2 towels at a time per room. Breakfeast is appalling. Room service is appalling. Every room comes full with cigarette burns in curtains, carpets, bedding! The rooms and corridors smell. Level 5 'The Gym, Massage Room' is more like a brothel. Girls that I am travelling with, were told not to come after midday as there will be naked men in the gym. Every time the lift stops at LEVEL 5, asian ladies wearing next to nothing seem to come and go by the dozen. CockRoaches in a couple of my friends rooms, leaking air conditioning units, cracked walls. The Pool area looks as though it has been abandoned for years, ladders are broken, all white chairs are now brown and broken. Life is extremely slow. On a whole "appalling", not one to write bad reviews about a place, but just have been so horrified by this place, didnt want others to have the same experience. Kuala Lumpur i great, HAVE FUN!
