InTown Suites, South Salt Lake

I travel the U.S. for work and spend at least 9 months a year in Hotels/ Motels and this is the worst customer service oriented place I have EVER spent a week. The Manager (****) needs to brush up on his customer service skills. This man is rude, he makes you feel as if he is doing you a favor by letting you stay in the Motel. Lets just say after the first night I wanted a refund. I will never stay in an In Town Suites property again. The only good thing was the Housekeeping Staff, they are friendly and come once a week.
