It was a great inviroment, good for people all ages. It really made me feel good about myself. Me and my family liked it a lot.

there nuttin I dislike but this place,its all a fantacy for young couple or married couple,especialoly those who just got marryor wanted some where to relax,& have a piece of mind,trust me this is the place u want to be,they services is excellent,they food are ummmmmouth watering,anyway to know for ur self u got to see to believe for ur self,I promise u wouldnt be dissapointed.check it out event just for 1 night,u wouldnt regreat it,anyway I hope to be there soon again, love david.

I'm not a person who can just sleep anywhere when I go out of town. But man oh man. I slept like a baby when I was The Loews Hotel in Phila. Thank you so much for making me feel at home with you guys.

Its in the perfect location. The hotel is very clean , modern, and the service is by far the best.

Very clean and nice waitstaff. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for the whole package in a hotel. I stayed two nights and it was one of my best experiences in the city yet!

My second stay at this hotel was worse than my first. We got a free 1 night stay after the fiasco we experienced the first time in July '08. We stayed 3 nights the second time and the staff was just as inept, no turn down 2 nights, no maid on the second day and when I called at 3:30 pm after being out all day was asked if I can you wait till turn down tonight? I said no and she appeared but never came back for the turn down service. Only 1 time did an employee smile and say hello in 4 days of staying at this hotel! Also there was a half dead flower arrangement in my room throughout my whole stay dropping petals and leaves on the floor. They were there till the day I left, the maid must have never vacuumed. To top it off you would think at the rates they charge the maid would leave new soap when there is only a sliver left and an extra roll ot toilet paper,nope. I won't go into details but thank the heavens there were kleenex in the bathroom. I will never ever stay at Loews again. They could give me 10 nights free and I will not return. Stay away unless you like to not be spoken to,spend alot of money for NO service and just be treated like dirt .I would only recommend this nightmare called a hotel to those I cannot stand!

The housekeeping staff cannot be reached in case of a special need (blankets in the evenings) and has no clue about cleanliness. We arrived to a room that was not clean. When housekeeping arrived, they asked what the problem was? We lucked out to find a hotel employee coming out of a room to get an extra roll of toilet paper (trying to get housekeeping to pick-up the phone was a major challenge). Working with banquet services was also difficult. For a 2-day conference, the room was not set-up or cleaned for the first day. Attendees were arriving as the room was being cleaned and organized. Very unprofessional.

I tell everyone about this place. It's I a good area of everything shopping, dinner, shows, etc. It's right across the street from the Convention and down the street from a nice mall

It was a beautiful hotel. I loved the location. The staff was professional yet friendly and warm, without crossing boundaries. I loved it. This was an experience of a life time. Luxury so close to home, I felt like I was vacationing in a place suitable for stars!!!
