Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown, Orlando

This was a great hotel. I was travelling with a corporate group and was very satisfied with the service that I received here. Our group was greeted upon arrival by the front desk but I wanted to point out the great job of their sales team Shari and Travis. This team is great. Our group contact was very impressed from the beginning of the encounter to the final days of the meetings. They assisted us each day going above and beyond the normal duties they are asked to perform. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to stay in the downtown and have a meeting on property. Great service and great product all the way!!

This hotel should be considered by business travelers who require a downtown location within walking distance to meetings, etc., but perhaps as an alternative choice if other locations are not available. We found the room to be smaller than average and the bath miniature with only bare basics. Our problems included: Wall trim fell off, the tv had poor reception, the refrigerator did not work, the toilet was permanently stained, the door lock did not work and had to be repaired, and guest items such as towels and toilet paper are of the lowest possible quality. But perhaps the most annoying thing about this location is the constant noise from trains, traffic, and neighboring rooms, with paper-thin walls allowing all conversations and sounds to be heard with little or no filter. Not a place for a light sleeper. Front desk assistance is minimal. No airport service. Cost is comparable to much higher quality hotels. Below average Marriott standards, and not recommended.

This hotel is not in the best part of town. Not safe. Upon coming back to the hotel after a day of work, I was unable to get my key to work to get in the room. After 2 hours and a long conversation, the technician was able to get my key to work. The guys at the front desk was not very courteous.

The rooms smelled of cigarette Smoke. I have to try 7 different rooms just to get one that didn't smell. For being a smoke free facility it sure isn't maintained.

I enjoyed my stay at Courtyard by Marriot Orlando, Fl.It is close to all major attractions.I was able to get on and get off of I-4.It was a excellent place to be at nigt, because it was so close to all the night life with in walking distance. It has a cozy setting.I would stay there again.
