Jameson Inn Grenada, Grenada

We stayed here after an Ole Miss football game. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was a little disappointing - there were stains on the sheets and the towels. Looked like someone cut themselves and bled on the hand towel and they did not sufficiently clean it. The worst part was the walls were paper thin. We could hear a family next door like they were in the same room - we could hear most of their conversation. And because they had little kids, it was quite noise early when we wanted to sleep in! A little frustrating! Did not try the breakfast - nothing against the breakfast at the hotel, just wanted to eat somewhere else. But, not a bad deal for a room about $75 on a Saturday night!

My family decided to go to Grenada Lake over Memorial Day weekend at the last minute. I was able to book a room 3 days prior to arrival. The hotel was a lot nicer than the average hotel. But above all, the staff went out of their way to make my family comfortable. They were very pleasant and always has a smile on their face. Breakfast was wonderful. Needless to say, I was very impressed and will always look for a Jameson Inn everytime we go out of town. Thanks to the three girls that worked over the Memorial Day weekend. You're the best!
