A Trendy Home Away From Home

The Hyatt Place is, I believe, a recent renovation of an older Homestead Suites hotel. The pictures don't lie about this place, it IS really that nice. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable! The 42" TV is awesome and swivels so you can enjoy from the sectional sofa or the amazingly comfortable bed. There are lots of connectors on the side of the stand, so you can connect your computer to use as a DVD player. The mini fridge is just the right size for juices and cokes. My only beef was the closet is miniscule and there are only 3 drawers in the vanity. So, there isn't much room to keep your stuff. But, I hid mine behind the partition and on the opposite side of the bed, to keep my room looking tidy.
The bathtubs on my floor had not been replaced yet, so they were dated and old, but the rest of the room made up for it.
There is a really nice free breakfast every morning and a food "replicator" that you can punch in your order on and get snacks, meals and Starbucks 24 hours a day. The staff here were AWESOME and knew me by name by the end of our stay. They offered free shuttle trips to the outlet malls and other attractions, but I didn't have time to check it out during my stay.
I will sing the praises of the Hyatt Place hotels to everyone who will listen. I'm sure that all these properties are similar quality and think it's by FAR the BEST extended stay property in Rancho Cordova. It's also very kid friendly too.
