Great Hotel Staff

This was my first trip back to Folsom with my girlfriend since moving to Texas last year. I was more that a little hesitant about picking the Hilton vs another hotel; due the “bug warning” posts I had read on multiple sites from one guest, but because my girlfriend is a HHonors member, and this hotel is basically across the street from my parent’s; we chose to stay there. When we got to the hotel we talk to a manger there about the “issue” they had. They insured us that this was an isolated incident, but to be on the safe side decided we checked our room anyways… and what do you know… we found nothing!
We did have one issue though, with a running toilet that they sent someone to fix it within minutes of me calling… Now that is service!
So, for the guest and his wife who stay in that room for “8 days”… I can imagine your ordeal, but… YOU SIR! ARE AN IDIOT! Frankly I think it’s your fault for failing to report your problem in the first place. So instead of flaming them all over the internet, you really should take responsibility for your feelings of being “completely violated”. They fixed my simple problem so quickly. So, using COMMON SENSE I can’t believe they would have done nothing if you would have called the first, second or even third day. You are the reason I’m writing this review.
It is my opinion that this hotel is one of the CLEANEST that we’ve ever stayed at, and the Staff was incredible FRIENDLY! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
We will be staying here again!
