I liked that there was a decent free breakfast, even on Sat & Sun. The pool & hot tub are nice. There is a weight room, I didn't use it, I was going to look at it but the access door was never unlocked when I tried it. I guess you have to ask at the desk. There is ONE washer & dryer on the 2nd floor. However there is a laundromat across the parking lot. VERY close. There is a pop machine & ice machine on each floor. Only the ice machine on the 1st & 2nd floors worked. I didn't use in room internet, but did use the computer by the front desk in the "business center". Connection was pretty good & not usually too many people wanted to use that one pc. Seems the employees are always cleaning something. Everyone was very friendly. I'd stay there again. If you are depending on the bus to get around this hotel doesn't have the best close connections, but there are a couple stops with in a few blocks & you can manage to get around town some.

This hotel is horrible. The pool is green, the carpets turn your feet black and the free breakfast is always stale. Everything is broken. They adjust your rate depending on their mood but you will never get the advertised $49.99 rate. And even though they allow pets, they are very pet unfriendly and tell you one pet fee and then charge you another. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I have traveled all over the world. There is absolutely no quality at this hotel and no reason to waste your money staying here.

My extended family has a reunion at Thanksgiving every year. I was in charge of hotel and restaurant reservations. I visited 13 hotels in Pueblo, and chose Quality Inn. They did not disappoint! The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast area clean and well stocked,(hot breakfast!). We used a conference room for some of our gathering, and it was well appointed for a variety of uses. The pool area was clean, and did not smell strongly of chlorine, nice windows. The best part was the staff, they were friendly, suggested a restaurant, treated us like family, and checked on our comfort and needs periodically. The price shocked all of the out of town folks, who have paid much more in other cities for lesser accomodations.
