not as wonderful as others think

the internet was out at least twice a day, and not to mention the television. I paid for 2 nights in which my company would compensate, when trying to get receipt mass confusion. the persons working there are of below average intelligence. i still did not get the proper receipts and will have to have it faxed. it was a total inconvenience. i will never stay there again or any other wingate and the company i work for is in the top 10 fortune 500 and i will recommend that they cease using this hotel in the future. Also the maid service does not understand what a do not disturb sign means. at least 4 times the door was opened with the do not disturb sign up

Book here - no need to go elsewhere!

We booked another hotel first, we are brand loyal. One night there was no room - so I found this hotel and booked for one night. Should have never switched, who knew? This was clean, and the food was the best, staff was wonderful. Go here first, dont waste time on the others. Surrounding are not wonderful or picturesque, but you wont even care.

Wonderful Experience!

We moved over from the Ramada next door due to filthy room and poorly working AC. We are so pleased we did so. This was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

The best I've ever been to!

HOTEL: The beds were awesome, and the rooms had everything you can imagine. TV, microwave, fridge, and even a loungechair. Breakfast bar: Definately the best we've ever been to! Waffles, eggs, bacon, fried apples, all drinks, coffee and tea, pastries, toast, fruit, and even more! LOCATION: Not that hard to get to. We had a very easy time getting to it, as it is right next to a Ramada. Very close to downtown S. Charleston. We're staying here again!
