Super 8 Defiance Oh, Defiance

First off I booked a reservation online for the Super 8 hotel. I got the rate of $55, which I thought was a good deal. When I got to the hotel the guy tried to tell me that I didn't have a reservation. He finally found my reservation, but told me that they couldn't give me the room that I booked online. I had to get the only room they had left, which costed me $80. I was very upset and didn't appreciate they couldn't give me what I had booked for. I will never stay there again. The room wasn't the best looking either.

This motel is awful, the service is awful, and the front desk people are very awful!! When we called to make reservations the man on the phone accused me of being someoen else and wasn't going to let me reserve a room, then the next day i went in about noon to sign for the room since we won't be in to stay till about midnight so the lady told us everything was set and all we needed to do was to get the key when we arrived. when we got hte the front desk lady told us we didn't have a room, without even asking our name ect. so after i explained to her that we did and that i had already paid for it she contiuned to agrue with me, then finally looked it up on the computer adn then throw the room key at us!, i was very displeased adn woudl never recommend this motel to anyone. STAY CLEAR of this motel.
