What w way to go
By Katie, 10/13/09
Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary. We wanted a plac e to relax and have fun. I loved the fact you couldn't smoke, that it wasn't a casino, a great pool.

Some of the best staff I have ever come across
By Andrew, 09/22/09
I had the luck of celebrating a friends anniversary in Las Vegas at the Four Seasons and I have to say it was the finest hotel experience I have had in recent memory. Absolutely no attitude, extremely friendly staff, wonderful food and the facilities are flawless - in design and cleanliness. It's location allows immediate access to Mandalay Bay's casino and it is walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go on the Strip. Kudo's all around from a person who was a hotel and gaming appraiser for years - although it was never my job to critique the quality of the operations I certainly noticed and this resort ran an A+ facility.

Only place in Vegas we'll stay!
By maanderson, 06/24/08
Well, now a days when you go to Vegas your a piece of meat from check in to dinning. My husband is in a wheelchair and we have stayed from the Venetian to MGM; we get trappled on from valet, to check in and hate just trying to enter the elevators. This was awesome service, from pulling in and getting out of the car, to the escot from check in to the elevator. The service and privacy from the big hotels was amazing. If your looking for personalized service, and yet a beautiful place to stay, this is it. And by the by the two resturants were outstanding as well.

Not A Four Seasons
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/02/08
1. Guaranteed room not available at check in - no king bed only two double beds. No offer of upgrade. 2. No water on check out and management did not know what to do (cold water came on at 7:00 AM - I checked out at 7:00 AM). Off to the airport with no water! 3. Management offered 1/2 off my room. Not good enough for the wrong room and no water. How much would you pay to stay at a Four Seasons with no water.

It's like coming home
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/28/07
We go to the Four Seasons hotel three or four times a year, and each time we arrive the staff says"welcome home" to us. Las Vegas is a warm city, both climate and people. The staff at Four Seasons have met every need possible for us.Starting with the door gentlemen, who let us know what's going on that week in the city, especially captain Kirk, who is the usual one to greet us when we arrive.Check in is a breeze and we have always gotten a perfect room.Housekeeping is friendly and they supply us with anything needed for the room throughout our stay.Besides the room, our number one reason we stay at Four Seasons is the staff, espeacially at the pool. We've gotten to know most of the kids working out there by name, and feel very relaxed with them around.Hi to Zee, Snow White and all the other kids working. We'll see you soon!

The Best!!
By Wigwam, 10/19/06
My husband and I stayed 6 nights at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas as my husband attended a conference held at the Mandelay Bay Convention Center. I am a real stickler for good customer service, and I am so pleased to say that the staff at The Four Seasons could NOT have been more pleasant. We had such a lovely time there. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We had 2 parcels delivered from out of town during our stay and they were delivered to our room in a timely manner. Every staff member we had contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The housekeeping staff was top notch - very attentive to the room and very thoughtful with the turndown service. Each evening our bed was turned down, lights dimmed - and soft music and lovely video's of nature were tuned in on the very large plasma television awaiting our return to the hotel. The concierge was helpful to arrange meals, suggest restaurants, give directions and arrange transportation. The staff was truly friendly, from the General Manager to the kind man who was busily painting miniscule scuff marks on the baseboards in the hallway. Room service was wonderful and extremely prompt. The meals we enjoyed were all perfectly prepared. The fresh flowers and special touches to room service did not go unnoticed. The valet service was very nice. The staff was attentive and professional. I made special notice that all staff members addressed us by name whenever they could. Our name is pronounced differently than the spelling looks, and it was so refreshing to have our name pronounced correctly. Again - small touches matter. "Thoughtful" would be the word I would use to sum up our experience at the Four Seasons. Yes, the hotel is very pretty, the rooms are well appointed, the lobby is comfortable and well decorated...but is was truly the people at the Four Seasons who made our stay so very pleasant. The staff seemed sincerely interested in our comfort. It was so refreshing to have such a lovely experience. So many times we stay at beautiful hotels with nice rooms -- but the staff lacks something. Perhaps they are snooty, too busy to attend to their guests or maybe just unhappy in their jobs...It makes a GRAND difference in the experience that the traveler has. Many hotels are lovely, but we would never patronize them again purely because of the ill-mannered staff. The Four Seasons was the antithesis of a hotel with a poorly trained or organized staff. No matter where we stay from now on, my husband and I will forever hold hotel experiences up against The Four Seasons in Las Vegas...It will be extremely hard for a hotel to measure up!

Not a true Four Seasons
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/21/06
The layout of this FS is great. The quiet and discrete non-smoking lobby is wonderfully relaxing but elegant, and the private security door to the Mandalay Bay casino floor is positioned perfectly. Unfortuantely my stay was less than what other FS's and Ritz-Carlton's have provided. It took almost 40 minutes for my bags to arrive upon check-in (and only after I called down); the beds are less comfortable than the Westin's (but twice the price); the single sink bathroom had mold in the shower stall and a wimpy shower head; and the worst part was that just after my bags arrived, a maintenance guy arrived with only a knock at the door to replace the air filter in my air conditioner but was entirely non-chalant about the fact that I was in the room and paying almost $400 a day(and I didn't request the air filter change either!!!). I almost forgot to mention that when room service arrived, the attendant failed to arrange the side chairs around the table so that I had to lift and hoist the things around the room so that two could sit at the table. My suggestion is to spend the money at the Bellagio and tip well.

Luxurious Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/13/06
This is definitely a 5 star luxury hotel. Beautiful scenery. A great pool area for both children and adults. Restaurants and a mall located in the hotel itself. Of course there is a Casino in the Hotel, because that's why People Go to Las Vegas: to gamble. That's why Las Vegas is Called "Sin City". There is also a crazy nightclub. There is a wave pool, a calm relaxing Lazy River, a regular pool, and bars and small restaurants located near the pool. The Restaurants there are Fantastic. If you want a good burger I recomend "The Red, White, and Blue Cafe", its great. If You want a good Breakfast to start your day, try the Restaurant located right there in the lobby.
