Comfort Inn Clarksdale, Clarksdale

During the evacuation of Hurricane Ivan we made reservations at this Hotel. We expected to check into a clean room after being on the road for fourteen hours. Not Only was the room unclean(Urine stains on the toliet, Beds unmade,sticky substances on the counter and the microwave) The desk clerk wanted us to clean the room.I waited up for the Manager Beverly only to be told she was counting Chad's drawer. I waited until she was finished and asked if she thought it was acceptable to rent rooms that were unclean. There was nothing she could do and I asked to speak to her Manager surush he was unavailable. I left my name and number so I would be able to speak to him.This occured several weeks ago and my xperience has not merited a return call from him.I WANT A REFUND. WE WERE NOT TREATED FAIRLY.I BELIEVE THIsIS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
