Hampton Inn Plantation, Plantation

The GM was rude. She was upset that the van drivers did not show up on time to take her cruise passenger to the pier and took her frustration out on me. I simply asked 2 questions and she proceeded to yell at me and threaten to call the police when I informed her that was calling the Hilton Honors line because I did not to take this from her. There was one staff person (Maureen) at the site who was nice but unfortunately she reported to the GM (Debbie C)and could only do so much to resolve the issue. I usually stay at Hamptons and one of the best proteries is located in Smithfield, NC but based on this treatment I will never stay any Hampton Inn again especially since I received no response from Guest Service at Hilton on this compliant that was filed in on 1/26/2008/ today date is 3/8/2008 So don’t stay at this location if at all possible Rita

walk to shopping areas and restaurants, book store. close to 595/I95. easy airport access & turnpike. 20 minutes from miami. Check in was quick. Room was comfortable, real nice bed. have recommended to friends

not good im not to happy whith the people and the front desk im ask for a extra coffe and she was not good all

I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife.The rooms were very nice and clean. Had everything you needed,refrigerator,hair dryer,iron, a full size ironing board, cable tv and a dvd player. The free breakfest was great; cereals pastries,fruit,yogart,juices,coffee.There was no need to go find a resturant. You are within walking distance of a large mall and several nice dining resturants. Ohh,, I almost forgot the pool was very nice too. We had a great stay here and would come back again.

Best fish n chips around. Good beer selection. Reason why I stay at the Hampton.

Deserves far better than the 3-star designation. We drove here for a cruise. They were repainting parking lot stripes, and moved our car while we were cruising. Service, cleanliness, breakfast were all outstanding! Would (and have!) highly recommended this hotel on cruise message boards, and others have reported the same satisfaction we experienced.

We stayed here because it was recommended by a friend. Glad we did. It was across the street from the Broward Mall (wife loved that, I hated it). We were able to get around on Public Transit as the mall is a major stop. It was a good deal but the price is up now so I rated it 4. Room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We are going back in April. The "breakfast" is more than adequate but I was told it was sparse. They look after you. The young lady from the Bahamas who worked on the front desk was a sweetheart and so was the manager. It's off the main streets so you don't get a whole lot of traffic noise.
