Don't pay cash to these people
I did not get the room I requested, did not receive housekeeping 1 of the 3 days I was there, and our TV was broken and no one knew how to remove the TV to fix it. So they brought a working TV into our room and set it beside the broken one until they could get the old one out or fix it. Then, we checked out a day early and because I paid cash, they would mail me a refund within 7-10 days. Been 1 month and I still don't have it. I called the hotel and they said they would get it to me whenver corporate got around to it.. They also said a nother lady just called there complaining because it had been two months and she still had not received her refund.
