Don't stay here!

We stayed the first night and were so uncomfortable my husband was going to drive around looking for a new room at 3:00am. Why were we awake at 3:00am, because the bed was like a concrete slab. It was so hard! At one point he looked under the sheets to see if it was a box spring without the mattress on it. The AC didn't remove any of the humidity from the room. There were spots on the floor where you thought you might fall through to the room below you! We were on the second floor and they have no elevator, so dragging luggage, food, swimming things, kids, pack-n-plays, etc. up two flights of stairs was a little annoying also. OMG the swimming pool---more like the large bathtub that they called a swimming pool. It was about 12X12 and had enough room for about 10 people TOPS. I called on our way to make sure they were holding our room (I now wish they hadn't) and no one answered the phone! I called 3 times throughout an hour time span and let it ring for a couple of minutes each time. The next morning we booked at another hotel. When we went to cancel we couldn't because I had booked online with priceline.com. Plus, this was costing us $109 a night. We could have gotten a much better room for $99 somewhere else. So, in conclusion, don't book with priceline.com because they won't let you cancel and force you to stay in uncomfortable conditions, and the zoo is not hard to get to and parking is easy, so you don't need to stay this close. I would have expected to pay $65 a night for this hotel. At $65 a night I would have expected what we got. When I pay over$100 a night, I expect a nice room and a great pool. Neither were here.
