This place was terrible! We arrived here on a Monday and the outdoor pool was broken. We were told everyday that it was supposed to be fixed that day. There are no beaches around here because it's in the middle of the state so you would expect the pool to be operating. The pool was never fixed the whole week we were here. You had to keep your shoes on at ALL times in the room because your feet would be BLACK. The bathtub leaked. The light by the bed wouldn't work. The tv remote only had 1 button that would work. The room key would only work once and then we would have to get it reactivated. We had to unplug the alarm clock because it made awful noises throughout the day and night. For the price we could have stayed at a nicer hotel with a working pool!!!!

I would not go back there again.

I would not say that it was a horrible experience, but I would not go back there again. The room did not have good lighting. Everything looked old. Carpet had stains and worn. The bathroom was the worst. Hardware in shower were coroding. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower in there. If you can't feel clean staying in one place, how can you feel comfortable staying there. Service was ok. They only had one or two people working at the front desk. The clerks did their best to help all customers, but they could put one or two more on staff. For the price paid, I could have gotten a better place.
