Country Hearth Inn and Suites, West Columbia

The non smoking rooms reeked of smoke. We had a reservation that was cancelled without our request. The poor woman on duty tried to correct the situation. She found us a hotel that was cleaner. We did not stay.

They called themselves a "Ramada Limited" but believe me...this hotel is not at all related to a Ramada. The sign outside said Ramada and they had Ramada business cards on the desk but stated to us, once we had checked in, that they were not a Ramada. They have since changed their name. We stayed here because it was right off the highway but continue to regret it. My children were in one room with a leaky air conditioner. The smell of mold was profound. Our room had a noisy AC that banged off and on throughout the night. Desk clerk is rude and dishonest. Outside walkways are filthy. I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever.
