In addition to the comfortable recliner and large work desk, the oversized studio suites feature a kitchen that allows you to prepare meals at your convenience. As a guest of Extended Stay America, you receive complementary movie channels, free local phone calls, voice-mail, and a two-line phone with a computer dataport. Guests also have access to a 24-hour, coin-operated laundry facility. Weekly housekeeping ensures that you have fresh linens throughout your stay. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A $25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed $150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

Better than expected

The staff was very friendly and the location is super convienent to the freeway and tons of shopping. The room was clean and quiet. Make sure to bring your own shampoo if you are used to hotels supplying that. The only downside was the bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable. But overall I was very impressed with the quality of the room for the price we paid.
 
 
 
 
 
Clean, courteous, no-frills.

Convenient location, surrounded by many restaurants, shopping centers, yet far enough away to avoid "some" traffic, which has continued to worsen in this region. Room is comfortable, clean, and sufficient, but could have included a hair dryer in addition to the clothes iron - why have one without the other? Service is top-notch and friendly - one of the main reasons I enjoy returning to this establishment.

Comfortable Phoenix visit

Hotel location was convenient to nearby resauaunts and shops. Desk personel where courteous and helpful. Having stayed in Extended Stay facilities on other trips the room amenities met our expectations and was clean and well ordered. Rugs were alright but appeared ready for a shampoo. Parking was lighted and well maintained.
