Super 8 Pinetop, Pinetop-Lakeside

I booked a three night stay at the Pinetop, AZ, Super 8. On the second night there, I found bedbugs. I told the managerthe next day, even showing the bug I had killed and he was nonchalant about the whole thing. Then I was charged for the third night, when I didn't even stay there! Disgusting. Also disgusting was the pool that was sickeningly warm, green and so dirty that people had etched graffitti into the layer of dark scum around the edge. I have stayed in Super 8s before. This was horrible.

This is the first time I was in motel 8 pinetop.Leaky bathroom, pillows are joke, flat like a pancake. I asked some pillow they said they don't have any. Breakfast nothing but bagel and cereal and some muffins. Orange juice is so gross . Hi speed internet is joke, my grand ma is faster than their internet speed.This the first time and this is the last time . I am not going back there.

It was quiet & the rooms had plenty of room. The pillows were flat as pancakes. There was something gross on the ceiling & spots on the shower curtain. We were surprised when the clerk insisted that we pay cash for a rollaway bed. That was a first. We opted to go out for breakfast because the coninental breakfast was pretty sparse. Judging from the lack of crowds in the breakfast room, I'd say we weren't the only ones.But for the price, it was decent.I'd be willing to give them another chance.

The only reason to stay here is the interior door. Otherwise, the carpet is dirty and stained, the bedding is old, and the "SuperStart Breakfast" is a joke. Just down the street, the Best Wdestern, for a lot less money, has a hot waffle machine, fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, real brand-name cereal, basically, the works. The SuperStart has generic cereal, some stale muffins (if you get there early enough), bad juice, nothing warm, and that's it. For the price, I expected at least as good as Best Western.
