Microtel Cleveland Streetsboro, Streetsboro

We have been staying here since they opened - it is always pretty clean and comfortable. New management the last couple years, allows pets - which have barked the last 2 times we were there. This stay, they told us they did NOT have single rooms available for a relative traveling with us, gave us a lot higher rates for 2 double room - we got on line and had no trouble booking for the room types and much lower rates.. Single room is TINY - and we did not get the refrigerator and microwave as set up in our reservation for the double room. We checked out at 5:am and i accidentally left a pair of designer sandals - called them repeatedly with no answer. They never returned the call with info about the shoes and I had to call several times. They said I didn't leave the shoes there, I KNOW I DID, Also have signs posted all over - one requiring "quiet time" - funny mgmt. could be heard all the way down the hall and a customer had to come out of their room and ask mgmt to be quiet. We will not stay there again.

Boy!, what a wonderful place to spend the nite after been on the road for 8hrs. Great location with nice restuarants all around. Front desk personnel was very cautious in a professional manner and for this reason, I'll recommend any person travelling that neck of the wood to make a stopover at microtel hotel.

they had our relatives reservations wrong when we took them there. front desk was not a help at all. they need much more training in how to treat customers when they are there. They stayed in a diffrent hotel the second night. What a much better night, and the front desk was a great help to them, and our bill was correct also!!! Pass this place by....
