Country Hearth Inn Shebyvill, Shelbyville

My husband and I chose this place for our WEDDING NIGHT. When we showed up there was no one at the counter, after literally 20 minutes of ringing the bell and calling the hotel from our cell phone in THEIR lobby, the OWNER finally came out of a back room with his shirt half buttoned and his hair a mess,slurring his speach. He asked "What do you want" so we asked for a room and mentioned it was our wedding night. He said, "What would make you want to get married, terrible decision, you don't need a room, go away." Well we really wanted a Jacuzzi room for that night and they were the only place in town with one, so we talked him into renting to us, and went to the room, which was dirty. If we hadn't been so tired from the day's events we would have gone elsewhere. Suffice it say, this is a place to avoid.
