Super 8 Syracuse East Ny, East Syracuse

Came back to my room late at night and found some sort of alcohol based cleaner in my contact case. Very strong ammonia smelling cleaner. I told the front desk about it and he refused to call the manager. He basically accused me of putting alcohol in my own contact case. I walked away and called him an idiot. he then said "Good night, Skank!" Unbelievable! Will never ever stay there or at any Super 8 ever again. The room was very very dirty. Pee stains at the base of the toilet and other people's hair all over the room. I don't think they changed the sheets from the last time someone was there. The room had a horrible smell and we had to sleep with the window open. The place should be shut down due to unsanitary conditions.

Stayed many times while visiting daughter at SU. Rooms are clean and well-appointed as is entire building. Desk employees friendly and eager to be of service. Price is right, location is convenient. Tried other motels in the area at first, but very happy to have found this one. Highly recommended.
