Heritage Inn, Calumet Park

The staff wouldnt get off the phone to check me in which should of been a sign, or the three signs around the building about prostitution. My room had hairs on the sheets and like all others no towels, cups, ice bucket, remote control, or garbage can. The smoke detector went off and we couldnt switch rooms she gave us a battery and told us to change it, which didnt fix the problem.

four of us checked into a room with two double beds. there were no towels or cups in the room. we requested towels and got a nasty reply from the desk clerk that it was not her job to get us towels but she would try to find some for us. we were given hand, and bath towels for three people and was told it is their policy to give three sets of towels regardless of how many people are in the room. we tried to get our money back but could not so that we could stay somewhere else. I am in the process of contacting a lawyer and the health department. we left and stayed at the baymount even thou i paid for two days. also the sheets and pillow cases were stained.
