The best of the worst

There aren't many good hotels in Nanaimo so this is probably the lesser of evils. The rooms are quite decent. The restaurant and hence the room service meals are really not good. The heat/air conditioning in room is not great. You can never seem to get a comfortable temperature. The location is good if you are in Nanaimo for shopping (by all the retail)and is central in the city.
