Booked emergency reservations through Triprewards when our plans suddenly changed. We were accommodated in the middle of the night with less than two hours' notice with a spotless clean plush room. Everything in the room worked. Desk staff was the best. Location is good. Only one minor problem - the complimentary snack breakfast ran out of food far too early. We still got great value for our sparse dollars.

The nicest hotel in all ways!

My husband and I stayed in your hotel on June 27, 2007, and I have to tell everyone what a wonderful experience it was. Probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in for a very long time. Absolutely perfect. Staff was extremely friendly, wonderful breakfast, and only 5 minutes to the UVA hospital. Will definitely stay here whenever in Charlottesville. I LOVE THIS PLACE IT WAS NICE AND CLEAN. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NIVE DIDNT MIND HELPING OUT THE BEST THEY COULD. THEY HAVE THINGS TO DO OTHER THEN SIT IN THE ROOM AND BE BORED. THEY HAD A STOVE TO COOK AND A REFRIGATOR MICROWAVE AND ALL OF THAT FOR ONE RATE. ITS THE BEST IVE BEEN TO IN AWHILE CHECK IT OUT WHEN COMING THRU CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA.
