There was blood on my bed linens.
By LesleyS, 10/13/09
This place is gross. They obviously don't clean it and the beds are hard as a rock. Top that off with blood on my bed linens and there is no way anyone would want to stay here.

Very Disappointed
By Tami Jones, 05/16/08
We paid 280.00 for 1 night in this hotel in a room they labeled a suite. I have had much nicer rooms and over all accomidations in hotels that were a fraction of the cost. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone. The only positive about this hotel is it is close to downtown.

Anniversary in Nashville
By chocaholic85, 02/26/08
The hotel was wonderful. We stayed two nights and rarely had to use our car. The location was perfect, most attractions and night life were within walking distance. The service and cleanliness were above and beyond expectations. We will definitly stay here again.

Fabulous!
By Heather, 12/17/07
I loved this property. It was within walking distance of the Ryman and Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. The best sushi (and affordable) in the State is across the street and the staff is stellar. My room was beautiful and the lobby's computers were very convenient. I was traveling across the south and stayed in a dozen hotels and this one was my favorite. It was terrific to have washers and dryers available and snacks after returning to the hotel after a night at the Blue Bird. Save your money for more expensive hotels in other cities. This is the place to stay when in Nashville.

I want the same room next time
By pattee, 06/27/07
I only wish they were not sold out the week I stayed in Nashville. I want the same room next time, a corner room . Sunshine coming in all directions. I was only there one night and had to hop around. Only the other Marriott compared. Great a/c, Big fluffy clean beds with crisp sheets. It was so easy getting around the city. Close to all the great fun and music and restaurants. The staff were great with suggestions and directions. Always a smile. I will always go back there.

wish I could give more bars for service
By Kat White, 01/12/07
I, being a slight (ok, complete) dingbat, managed to leave my wallet in the lobby of this hotel after meeting a friend there for coffee. I managed to get to the airport (25 minutes away) before I realized I didn't have it, and didn't have time to go back for it and still catch my flight. One of their employees actually drove his personal car all the way out to the airport to hand it to me, and refused any compensation for the trip. I was so impressed by the hotel staff in general, and the place seemed clean and nice. Next time I'm in Nashville, this will truly be the place I stay...and I'll keep my wallet with me. Also, the place has a neat vibe to it, since it's an older classic building. Loved it.

Huge clean room with all the amenities. A little pricey for parking but overall, a wonderful stay in Nashville! Excellent and Superior staff who go above and beyond service! Had the best stay in Nashville! Thank you!

I would go back again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/22/06
I really liked the hotel. The lobby was very pretty and the location was perfect. We walked to everything located downtown. The staff was really nice and very helpful and our room was very clean. The only issue we really had was that there is only valet parking. We would have preferred to park on our own somewhere, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. It's the way the city is set up I guess. I had a good experience at this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
