Equatorial Cameron Highlands, Berincang

The room rate is so, so, so expensive. the toilet flush was spoil. the room was small for five of us. we only love cameron........nice wheather.........

We stayed in the main highrise building, in the deluxe rooms on the 12th floor. Definitely worth the extra money because the view was superb! We woke up and watch the surreal sunrise. The balcony was nice as it allows you to step out and enjoy the fresh air. The rooms and the bathroom were clean. The tub showed some sign of age but it was clean. The management should upgrade their amenities. The water of the indoor pool was warm and uncrowded (we stayed during the weekday). No hot tub or suana. I was visiting from Washington, DC and found the temperature pleasant, not cold at all. Enjoyed the quietness of the surrounding - a wonderful place to relax and unwind - away from the traffic jam and heat of Kuala Lumpur. Although the rates were high compared which what you can get in KL for 5 stars hotels, but then this is a getaway resort town so I was not shocked. Same thing in the States, you pay more at resort areas lodgings than in the big cities. The hotel is a convenient walk from the morning markets, the strawberry farm. We had a car and so we drove to the tea plantation, many nurseries, and to Tanah Rata for meals. Food was good and cheap. Did not eat at the hotel which was expensive by Malaysian standards. I really like this hotel. The only drawback was its garage - there were too many birds living in there and it smell pretty bad.

The room rate is expensive. And the service is so-so. The amenities in the room is average at best. I stayed in serviced apartment and the floor is not carpeted. The room is quite small. The location is not so convenient. A bit far from Brinchang, the nearest town and hub of activities in Cameron Highlands.

I like this place b'koz its convenient for my family and peaceful.My family enjoyed went to Cameron Highlands.Will come for every end year to spent our holidays.

well there is somethings that i disliked maybe the srvic.the calling service is quite bad they argue with people when she or he was wrong but i like the place.this letter is from miss batrisha.

To me, the apartment rate was really too high. I've been staying at your apt for 3 days 2 nights and there was no water. The water suddenly being cut off. Your staff told us because it was peak season during our stay.But overall, I do like staying at this hotel because of the good location.

The place is cooling! The hotel is good. Just that, we had a little dissapointment on the day we checked in to this hotel. They gave us a 1 bedroom suite for 7 people to share!! How can this be? We complained to the reception and finally, they gave us a bigger room. Thank God, the room is not too bad, there is a balcony in our hotel room. Just that, it's too cold!!!

Their staff members are very helpful and even helped by giving us information of our tour. When we told their staff that we had problems with our tap water, they immediately gave us two bottles of mineral water to drink. This shows that their service is very efficent.

The location of the Hotel is great. But no activities after sunset. The weather was cool at night. The food was not that great. The best activity is to take a tour around. The tea implementation was facinating. Others was Strawberry farms, Bee farms...

This is our first time to Cameron Highlands. We stayed at Equatorial for 2 nights. We juz love the weather and the people there. The weather is very cool - better than the one at Genting. The people is very friendly. The hotel is very clean and its location is good (near to Kea Farm, strawberry farm, honey bee farm and rose garden), the room is very comfortable - - we were given a room facing the green. It is great place for family. We plan to go back there again in December.
