Days Inn Suffolk, Suffolk

This place was suppose to be a place to rest after a long trip. It was far from that! A family with an infant and young child was given a smoking room for the night, after requesting a non-smoking. It was horrible! The smell was so sickening, and the AC quit working a few hours after they got there. The lady from the desk came up yelling at them about the messy room and said too many people in the room made it HOT!!! These people were tired and their children crying, she made them scared. Would not recommend. This hotel is dirty also. They asked for a new room and were told no. They left. Please ban this hotel.

Days Inn 1526 Holland Road Suffolk, VA 23434 this place was horrible the lady at the desk name Kellie (short Indian look woman she gave us one price and then she charged us something else after she had already took my card and when we said we didn't want the room because she charge us something more than what she said she cursed us out and everything so please do not support there business I had just came back from Iraq and that's the treatment I get from someone that wasn't even a citizen .... :( and she showed us a room the sheets were all dirty it was a waste of time i did enough time in iraq next to roaches rats etc then when i come home its the same situation i hate this place
