Grand Seasons Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

i liked the ambience,location from prime spots and yummy delicious food.planet bollywood can be changed more contemporirily to suit new generation.i suggest this as best view hotel if you get rooms facing the petronas towers

1. I called up Housekeeping department to tell them there isn't any kettle in the room. I was told one would be sent to me 4 times (after my each at 15 minutes interval each), by the 5th time I called (which was after an hour and 15 minutes), I had to explain tell the person who answered the phone my request all over again (just as the previous calls), and was even told that Housekeeping dept had closed. One was finally sent to me after further waiting -- a dirty and not-really-working one. I would have given the service only 1 star, if not because the personnel at the reception counter are quite nice indeed. 2. Breakfast is quite good. 3. I was told the road is often quite jammed outside the hotel. However, to use monorail, as you alight at Chow Kit station, you still have to cross 2-3 busy streets before you can walk down the road (with a lot of cars but not many pedestrians) to reach the hotel. If you were carrying a big luggage, good luck! 4. Oh ya... they only provide bathing towels. No hand towels are provided. 5. 'No Smoking' is enforced strictly, just like almost all other hotels in KL.

I don't like this hotel , The music in the corridors never turn off. even at 1:00 am !!!! It's seem imposible to sleep ! The rooms have a door inside eachother and the other rooms were so noisy ! The breakfast was awful .. just east asian cuisine .. The staff of breakfast room were so rude . If you have to stay at this hotel ask for the room witk KLCC view. It's beautiful in the mornings.
