I was told this hotel has new owners and new managers. If that's the case, those new owners better try and get the old managers back.
I have spent the last 3 days emailing the new general manager, trying to get one of their rooms with new carpet in them. He basically told me that he couldn't do it. When I booked a specific room back in January with Tera (who is no longer there), she guarenteed me the exact room I wanted and actually gave me the room number before I hung up. Now, that's service!
This is the first time I have ever come across something, and someone, like this. I will not stay at that hotel again.
