I use to be a long standing member with Country Inn and Suites By Carlson and I have stayed at many of there hotels, but not anymore after the treatment I received from this particular hotel. Hotel staff is rude, insulting unprofessional in every manner to make your stay to be the worse stay you will have. I had a reservation in which I pre charged for my stay and when my arrival date changed they refused to change my date of arrival and wanted to pay more fee's due to my arrival change over a family emergency. I would not trust this hotel ever again and I warn others to really think twice when booking a stay at this hotel due to the staff unprofessionalism and management unwillingness to handle the situaltion promptly. The management/manager refuses to return calls and hides and takes your money! If anyone is looking to stay in Kingsland, GA I would suggest the Microtel hotel next door very friendly staff and anticipate your needs when you stay with them and actual cost less than staying at the Country Inn and Suites By Carlson and you get a better price, better accomedations at the Microtel then you would at the Country Inn.

My family had 2 rooms in December and found the hotel to be quite adequate in all aspects. the location is easily accessed from the main highway, and there are a few restaurants close by. The service was very friendly and helpful, as we asked for adjoining rooms and it was done with no problem. Everything was clean. The pool was also a nice retreat at night.
