Homestead Indianapolis is an extended stay hotel with onsite laundry, free local calls and personalized voicemail. Each room includes a complete kitchen with cookware, dishes, and cutlery. High speed internet access is available for $3.99 per stay. Wireless adaptor is available with a $60 deposit and $1 per day fee. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A $25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed $150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

Better than some

I enjoyed the service at check in, the room was really quite nice and the atmosphere was really very pleasant. The room was clen and it was easy to relax. No stains or cigarette burns, no signs of any lack of maintenance. The staff was amenable and accomodating. Since I travel often I will most likey stay here again regardless of price. Run away!

If you like ants in your sink, bed and drawers, stay here. If you like getting no breakfast, stay here. If you like less than clean conditions, stay here. If you like a front desk that does not understand the concept of guest service, stay here. If you like a management team that will find any excuse to not refund you for a much less than perfect stay, stay here. If you like not hearing back from coporate ever, stay here. Otherwise... The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The location is just off the highway, next to a Burger King, in case you don't want to use the kitchen in your room. There is an "on your honor" pantry for some food stuff and other items. An excellent value for the dollar. I would stay there again if ever in the area.
