Terrible Experience!

I made a reservation online for 4 rooms for 1 night for my boss and other important gentlemen with our company. I had to cancel the reservation, so I did, online and received a cancellation number. The next month when I received our credit card, there were three charges for three rooms for one night. A total of $389.76. According to the HIE people, when I cancelled the reservation online, it only cancelled ONE of the four rooms. I called and called and called the manager of the HIE and he/she never would return my call. I finally called the HQ of HIE and after almost three weeks of talking with someone (a different person each time), each one assured me that they will take care of the problem. Today is the Due Date on the credit card and the charges still have not been taken off of the credit card. After receiving the run-around, I will NEVER book with HIE again. Apparently their online reservation system has some major problems and their customer service on the local and national level lack alot!
