Theoxenia Hotel, Stagira-Akanthos

I loved the pool area! The food was good. The rest was disappointing: many rooms have no view, the renovation was done in a hurry, the furniture is old.. The rooms are cleaned daily but the towels have a strange chemical smell. On the beach the sunbeds are not free and don't have mattresses, the prices at the bars(beach, pool, hotel) are very high but they have a small shop with decent prices for juices and water, there is no wi-fi in the lobby(there are 3 computers that cost 3 E/ h), at dinner time it gets crowdy and it seems like the survival of the ruddest. The city of Ouranoupoli is at 3 km and it's worth visiting , and near by there is a small island(Drenia Island) that you can reach by boat. here you can have a great day at the beach at it only costs 5 E tour-retour and the sunbeds are free
