Wonderful staff

I have been coming to the Innkeeper for 4 years, my son is at UNC Wilmington; Every visit has been great. Rooms are clean,,,breakfast is hot, and plentyful,,,staff is courteous. Room rates are resonable. Innkeeper is next door to IHOP,,Across the street from many other restaurants,,and just down the road to the college,,and a few miles down from Downtown waterfront,,,great location.

Disgusting Hotel

We will never stay at this hotel or any Inn Keeper again probably. We were traveling to visit family the first or second Sat in Aug. and on our night in this hotel we saw and heard crowds of people dressed in racy clothing (or in some cases UNDRESSED) roaming the halls and making sexual comments. Assuming it was a bad seed I reported it to the front desk who seemed concerned but said the "party group" would remain on the 3rd floor. Well I was not staying on the third floor but we could HEAR the music and other noise coming from the 3rd floor while groups of people loudly walked past our door ALL night speaking in profanities. We almost called the police because it appeared like the women may have been prostitutes by the way they were dressed. Anyway we left and will never go back.

WONDERFUL HOTEL

Our 7-8 year old coach pitch baseball team and parents came down to area for a tournament and ended up staying five nights.This hotel was awesome. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Rates were really good and the hotel is situated near everything you could ask for. Would definitely go back .

ths place ws wonderful i really enjoy my stay the room ws very clean ,bathroom ws clean.beds very comfortable and i plan to be back in june

Planning another trip later this year!

It was nice, quiet and very clean. Everyone there was very nice and polite and even let me check in early even though i did not have a reservation. I am definately going back to stay there again later this year!

Would stay there again!

Our room was very clean & quite, it had a small fridge & microwave. The free breakfast was very nice from boiled eggs to waffles & Chicken biscuits & pastries orange juice, coffee. The staff was friendly. The hotel is near alot of attactions. I recommend this place to anyone!! Very nice for the money!

Not the Best Wilmington Has to offer

The hotel in itself was not that bad. I would give it 2 stars. My spouse and I arrived during the day for our 3 day visit. There were problems with our booking so the assistant manager assisted us. She was very short and complained about being tired and said that it was not her mistake but she would try and fix the problem. The housekeeping was not very respectful when we were taking our time getting ready. I believe with some better management and customer service skills this hotel would have been better. Good Luck if you are staying there.

Probably won't go back.

The receptionist didn't have our whole reservation in the computer. We were staying one week and the first night we were checked out without us knowing it. We were asked numerous times how long we were staying. We told them that we were staying a week and it was like they didn't comprehend. Got locked out of our room twice and the actual hotel once because our room keys didn't work. We were quoted a rate and they overcharged us. We won't be staying there again. It's a shame too because it's a great location.
