We made reservations for a non-smoking room, gave our credit card info, and stressed that we wanted a non-smoking room. We were assured that that was what we would get...we got down there to check in and were given the keys to a smoking room. We went back down to complain...and we were told that "well, we can't just kick someone out of their room!" I said that we had reservations for a NON-SMOKING room, and confirmed them with a major credit card over the phone just that morning...she said well "check-in was 3PM, and we don't have any non-smoking rooms available, so you'll just have to take the smoking room, or go elsewhwere...I can't help you." So if you want to stay here, prepare to get whatever is left, even if you "confirmed with a major credit card". And if there are no rooms available when you arrive, you are probably out of luck.
