People that work there are not nice.....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/1/08
Very Surprised a few of the staff seem to be uncaring about customer questions. Cherie Stern was rude and not very nice. Everything looked dirty after that.

Ask all the questions.
By Charles, 4/7/08
We used one of the "Park and Fly" packages. We were a group of 16 people. All of us chose to stay the night before our departure. Only some were staying at the Sleep Inn on the night of our return arrival. The remainder only wanted to be shuttled to our cars with luggage so we could begin a late night 1 to 2 hour journey home. The services were great on the night before our departure. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The shuttle service from the parking area was prompt and efficient. No complaints. Service on the night of our return was a different story. After arriving at 11:30 pm and recovering our luggage, we called the Sleep Inn for our shuttle to our cars. When the shuttle arrived, we were informed that only those who were staying at the Sleep Inn that night would be shuttled with all their luggage. For those who wished only to get their cars and head home, we were informed that only the drivers would be shuttled to the cars. They would then have to return to the airport arrival area to pick up their other passengers and luggage. The driver was rude and treated us as if we were idiots because we didn't know this. We were never told of this policy when the arrangements were made well in advance of our stay. Nice facility, but I will never return. Also, I will never use another Choice Hotel unless I have no other reasonable choice. The moral of the tale is ask all the questions you can. Ask for a hard copy of a detailed description of the service. Know what to expext.

Will never again stay in a Sleep Inn
By Rebecca, 7/26/07
The lobby was dirty as was the breakfast room. Our room was okay in cleanliness, though the shower had mildew in it. We had requested a non-smoking room and were placed across from a smoking room. Our room smelled. When this was pointed out to the lobby clerk, she admitted that other non-smoking rooms in non-smoking halways had been available (but she hadn't thought to offer them to a family with three small kids?). She offered to move us, but my daughter was already asleep. The room was stuffy as the air conditioning didn't work. I was so disappointed, that I will never stay in a Sleep Inn again.

Very convenient
By Anne, 7/2/07
The Sleep Inn was right next to the airport which was very convenient. Even better was that they started serving breakfast at 4:30 AM. Both were great for an early flight. The room was very good and clean. The bedding was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was also nice. The staff was very friendly (although busy). They gave us coupons to a nearby restaurant and airport information. The evening cookies were also a nice touch. The price ($100) was a little high for just being near an airport, but it was a great place to rest for the night!

Best Park and Fly ever!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/12/07
stayed here when we went to Las Vegas - drove to buffalo from toronto to get a better deal on flights. I was super impressed with so much I'm just going to list it all off: friendly and efficient staff - quick check in, good fluffy pillows - great shower (very powerfull to wake you up for an early flight!)breakfast out at 4 so we could eat before we left even though breakfast time isnt untill 4:30....waffle maker as well as lots more for breakfast all included in price which was a bargain as we parked for 7 nights and all we paid was 100 dollars - that included all charges for parking and staying, shuttle and taxes ect... the shuttle was on time and the driver was very nice and helpfull with our bags ect...it was right outside when we came back to the freezing cold of buffalo. flying from buffalo as apposed to toronto saved us alot of money as the flights were half price and staying in this hotel made it well worth it...would i do it again???? MOST DEFINATELY - I cant think of one bad thing to say about this hotel......

conveinient
By Lucas, 3/16/06
gave me the cheapest rate in the area... the breakfest was amazing and was served as early as 4:00am... the shuttle was quick and on time...in fact, the hotel came and found us in their dining room to tell us that it was time to go (and not the other way around). great value for an airport hotel!! strongly recomend.
