Beautifully remodelled and a great value

Let me start by saying that I have read the negative reviews. Perhaps the out of date ones from four and five years ago may have a kernal of truth, but my stay and my impressions are completely the opposite.
First, the rooms the rooms have been completely redone, with plastler walls, faux finishes, marble on the floor and in the shower, and Pottery Barn type furniture. I know, it sounds crazy at this price, but the owner-operator has done it. In addition, the telvisions are flat screen, there is no-cost Wi-Fi, and crowne moulding. The only smell I got was that of new paint.
Yes, it is next to a busy street, but the neighborhood is not bad. I would have to say that those who complained about the other guests had a bad draw, something I get when I go to the Hyatt or the Marriott for conventions. Hey, it's an inexpensive place with clean rooms and downright great showers. And no, it is not near anything big, but for a 2.5 mile drive, I save hundreds. Check it out, you'll be surprised.
