Grand Hyatt Muscat, Muscat

This is my second time staying in this hotel. I am impressed with the hotel staff's professionalism, politeness and outstanding proactiveness in getting me the request I needed for my workshop. It is really amazing to see they can meet my request despite last minute. The room is clean, the receptionists, hotel sales team, business centre staff and housekeeping are really outstanding. I would love to come back and stay again in this hotel. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for a week in September. Wonderful rooms, very clean and the staff are very nice. Pool area is great and so is the location of the hotel. The Tuscany is nice enough food but very expensice for what you get. Will be returning next year as I can't fault this place.

Upon arrival all the staff where very friendly, check-in was done fast and soon after we were escorted to our room by a guest relations agent. The room was very nice, large compared to industry standards. We had a magnificent view, and our in room amenities where delicatley replaced by the staff every day. The restaurants and entertainment facilities are many. Perhaps pricey aswell, but to be expected in the Sultanate aswell as in a Grand Hyatt. The Mokha Cafe (Buffet Restaurant) is ideal for breakfast which is very assorted and served by waiters and waitresses from many nationalities. We stayed for 6 nights and were greeted by name every time, by the hostess and the manager. The dinner buffet is exquisit, what a variety and selection. Again the staff are fantastic and although the english level of the staff at times is not very high the manager and his assistants are very conserned about the guests experience and keep checking that all is more than just fine. The pool restaurant is fabulous for dinner (great sushi) while Tuscany has a nice terrace where one can have a relaxing lunch. they have many entertainers, pianists, singers and my partner and I had a great time overall. I f I would have to say something negative, I would highlight that the beach chairs look a little old and could be replaced. Other than that, we will return and recommend this hotel to all our relatives and friends. PH Svenson

Actually i will never go back to that hotel ever, i trave to oman in frequat basis "part of my job " this time i wanted to pick family , i thoght that this hotel woll be the right fit and i was wrong .. 1- front disck pepole are not friendly . 2- check your bill , they do mistakes ! 3- long time to respon .. 4-Guess what , bugs from path that they but some liqued and it stick in t=your room . 5- very expensive resturants comapared to other hotels . 6- people that work donot know where the staries what is the name of your booking and they claim on thenet for examole that if yiu have amirican express and stay more than 3 nights you will get some spa or so .. again it is a lie and when you tell they this is what in theier web they look at you as a lier i stayed there 16 days and i left erlier beacuse of that hote .. inter , Ramada ,radison are mush better ... i

I thought it was a dream to find like this Hotel in the world.. I like it very much. I like the view of the sea .. the service was very good as well.. every thing was so nice

I spent a total of 16 days on 2 occasions at the Grand Hyatt and was absolutely impressed with the quality of service, the beautiful scenery and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is stunning and is a definite oasis. During the fast, beautiful tents were set up in the pool area and it was quaint and romantic. The food was outstanding, the rooms were elaborate and there was so much to do right at the hotel there was no need to leave, only to see the gorgeous country that Oman is. I have and will continue to recommend the Grand Hyatt to my friends. Nick

Have just returned from 8 nights at the Grand Hyatt. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. We also visited the Al Bustan which is set in beautiful surroundings but is very isolated. The Grand Hyatt is more central which we preferred. We visited the Chedi which is very modern but we preferred the Grand Hyatt. It is a more traditional hotel and deserves it 5 star rating

this hotel is great. it is beautiful and the staff is fantastic. they are friendly and helpful. i know if you stay here you will not be disapointed.
